What we collect
When you use the Coverage Gap Calculator, your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to email yourself the personalized PDF. If you do, we collect your email, phone number, optional first name, the consent you give, and a copy of the answers you entered. We also record basic attribution data (referrer, UTM tags) and the time of your submission.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details to send your personalized PDF and, with your explicit consent, to follow up about closing your coverage gap. We do not sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We retain leads for up to 24 months for follow-up and reporting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@coveragegap.ca.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Reach us at privacy@coveragegap.ca for any of the above.
CASL — Canadian anti-spam
We send commercial email only with your explicit consent, given at the moment you request your PDF. Every email we send identifies us as the sender and gives you a clear way to unsubscribe.
